About Me

My name is Siang Tial, and I am a senior at IU Indianapolis studying Health Services Management in the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health. I plan to build a career as a healthcare administrator or work in human resources, where I can help organizations run smoothly, support employees, and improve the quality of care for patients.

Why Health Services Management?

When I first started college, I originally began my academic journey in Human Resource Management because I was interested in that area of business. However, during the second semester of my freshman year, after exploring different career paths and reflecting on my long-term goals, I realized that I wanted to be part of the healthcare field.

Through my coursework, I discovered that I am passionate about improving healthcare systems and supporting organizations that directly impact patient care. As a future professional, I hope to grow into a leadership role in healthcare administration where I can contribute to improving operations, expanding access, and enhancing the overall quality of care.
