As an receptionist, I supported both human resources and front office operations by managing employee records, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining accurate daily workforce data. I also provided great customer service by assisting clients in person and over the phone, ensuring efficient communication and a positive experience for everyone.

This experience taught me the importance of organization, attention to detail, and strong communication. I learned how to manage records accurately, support new employees during onboarding, and provide professional customer service in both in-person and phone interactions.

 

These skills will help me in my next professional steps by preparing me to handle administrative responsibilities, work effectively with colleagues and clients, and contribute to a positive and efficient workplace environment.
